What is your role at Martini? – Chief Revenue Officer. I’m responsible for bringing revenue into the company.
What is the best part of your job – Working with my team to solve the marketing problems our brands and their agencies present us.
Where were you before Martini? – Running global sales for PulsePoint – an adtech platform company formed from the merger between Datran and ContextWeb.
What makes you most proud to work at Martini? – The bespoke solutions that Martini can provide the marketplace. All of our inventory is 100% viewable on great publishers and each campaign is customized to the marketer. We guarantee we will show an ad to an affluent audience, with great creative on great content.

What is your role at Martini? – SVP Marketing, I help tell Martini’s story in the marketplace. I also help our partners reach and engage the affluent online through Martini’s insights and creative advertising solutions.
What is the best part of your job – Working with the most talented and fun marketing team in the business and creating meaningful insights and marketing solutions for our partners.

John Southard - VP Operations
What is your role at Martini? – VP, Finance. If there are dollars in or dollars out involved, chances are, I’m leading the discussion.
What is the best part of your job – I really enjoy being involved with every single person within the company.
Where were you before Martini? I was at CBS in New York for about six years.
What makes you most proud to work at Martini? – We have a fantastic team. The tone set from the top really makes everyone feel welcome and free to express ideas and challenge concepts. We work hard, we work together and we’re working to a common goal. Those things sound simple, but I do believe we stand out by creating such a great working environment.
Peter Nanjo – VP Engineering
What is your role at Martini? – VP Engineering – the talented team of engineers at Martini are using the latest technologies to build targeting and validation solutions that help our advertisers find the right audience. Our solutions are architected to be robust and scalable, but need to also take advantage of the latest innovations in technology.
What is the best part of your job – Working at a place where risks can be taken, mistakes are learning experiences, and new ideas and thinking are encouraged and championed at all levels of the company.
Where were you before Martini? I was VP Technology at Jumpstart Automotive Group, part of HFM/Lagardere which was acquired by Hearst in 2011. I had the good fortune to get in on the ground floor at Jumpstart in 2002 and over the next 10 years, built the infrastructure, engineering and business intelligence teams through all of the growing pains.
What makes you most proud to work at Martini? - I’m most proud to be working with a group of people that make my time here a truly humbling experience. The Martini family is talented, incredibly knowledgeable about the industry, and driven to succeed.
