Martini Media Network takes your privacy very seriously. This policy covers all data on Web surfers that we collect for the purpose of delivering and enhancing our advertising services. It does not cover our policy with Web site or individuals or corporations we do business with.

When you opt out, we will place an opt-out cookie on your computer. The opt-out cookie tells us not to collect your Non-PII to tailor online advertisement campaigns. Martini Media strictly abides by the polices set fourth by the Council of Better Business Bureaus (“BBB”) in accordance with the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising. Furthermore, Martini Media is currently implementing updated polices defined by the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) to ensure compliance.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”)
Non-Personally Identifiable Information means information that does not identify you personally. This information is anonymous, i.e. it does not identify you personally, and only includes information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, and activity on our Marketing Partners’ websites.
We offer a range of services that allow our advertisers and publishers to show users the most useful and relevant ads.
We may collect Non-PII while you are visiting our web site or when we serve advertisements on our network of web sites. We collect this data to better customize the type of advertisements you see on our network of web sites. This anonymous data includes, but not limited to, information such as your IP address, web pages which have been viewed by you, date and time, domain type, and your responses to an advertisement delivered by us or a third party advertising technology vendor. This type of information may be collected using different types of technologies, such as cookies and pixels. This information is not combined with PII. You may elect not to allow us to use non-PII by following the Opt-Out procedures set forth below.
We require our clients to comply with applicable laws governing online privacy and encourage them to publish privacy policies that tell you about how the information they are gathering are being used. We require our partner web sites that are part of Web Alliance to inform users about their privacy and information collection practices via their privacy policies, including whether or not the web site is using our technology, and a way to opt out from our storing the users’ data related to their website visits. We encourage you to always read the privacy policies of the websites you visit to understand issues relating to your online privacy.
We do not knowingly collect or utilize Sensitive Information. Sensitive Information may include information such as confidential medical information, SSN, Tax Id and other similar or related information.
Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)
PII is information that identifies you or can be used to identify, contact, or locate you, such as your name, address, email address, age, gender, annual household income, telephone number and similar information.
We do collect PII when you register or subscribe to our newsletters, and/or participate in activities on the Sites such as forums, message boards, rating articles or completing questionnaires. We don’t collect PII via our corporate Web site, www.martinimediainc.com unless you choose to provide it to us – for example, by sending us your PII in an email. Some of the Martini Media Network partner websites may ask people to register and provide PII.
None of this PII is combined with non-PII and/or used by Martini Media Network for our anonymous ad serving. Martini Media Network is committed to making sure that our partners provide notice and choice to all consumers.
How We Use Your Information
Martini Media Network may use your non-PII to better target advertisements and other content to individuals in an effort to create a more relevant experience for each person. The non-PII is also used to predict responses to advertisements, to help determine which ads perform best and which content is most appropriate for different individuals, and to provide aggregate reporting to advertisers and clients.
This information may also be combined with information from other sources, and shared with our affiliates and partners for similar use. We may retain such information for up to two years. Aggregate reports generated from such information may be kept longer.
We may use your PII for the purposes for which you specifically provided it via the Sites including, without limitation, enabling us to process and fulfill your subscription or other requests, send you information about your relationship or transactions with us, notify you about our products, services, and special offers, contact you with information from us and third parties that we believe will be of interest to you if you have opted in.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share PII collected to non-affiliated third parties. We may disclose PII and non-PII to third parties when we reasonably believe we are obligated to do so by law, and in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual prohibited activities, including, but not limited to, fraud and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person. We may share this information with third parties who provide administrative services (and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information).
We may disclose Non-PII collected through our network of web sites, and information derived from it, to others for industry analysis, demographic profiling and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services. This information cannot be used to contact or identify any person individually. Further, all of our customers have warranted that they shall use any Non-PII they receive in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Mergers or Acquisitions
As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, we reserve the right to include any information (PII and non – PII) we have among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.
We are sensitive to the issue of children’s privacy. We do not collect PII from children under the age of 13 through Martini Media Network.com, nor via any of our network of websites. If you are under 13, please do not give us any PII. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided PII to Martini Media Network, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

We have reasonable security measures in place intended to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of any personal information collected. This includes, but is not limited to the use of firewalls and encryption. However, despite these reasonable efforts to protect data on our servers, no method of transmission over the Internet is guaranteed to be secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your data at all times, we cannot guarantee its absolute security and shall not be liable for any breach of security by an outside party.
